High School 3, Discussion class play: “Mottainai”

The H3 Discussion Class (students aged 17-18) worked on their English speaking skills in discussions, presentations and a debate during the autumn term of 2014.  They were very enthusiastic about communicating the concept of “Mottainai” and developed their own presentation about it which also included role-plays illustrating the points they wanted to make and showing aspects of Japanese history and life.  The students all put in a great deal of hard work planning, writing, acting and filming.
