毎年恒例となった地元ミレースクールとの短期交換留学。今年も１月末に７名の生徒が来校し本校の生徒と１週間寝食をともにしました。この３月には、本校生徒がミレースクールを訪れ、バディー（交換留学プログラム中のペア）の家にホームステイをしながら現地校体験をします。早速そのバディーたちからメッセージが届きましたので、以下にご紹介します。

This school is amazing. Everyone works so hard and is so enthusiastic about their school work here. The atmosphere is like a family and everyone is so polite and kind. I am so glad I got the opportunity to come here and would do so again, given the chance. (Lucy)
Being at Rikkyo has allowed me to see and understand how Japanese students get on at school and also to understand more about the culture. During my stay here, I have met the most amazing people and because of that, I really don’t want to leave. I want to move here! There are so many people who I have met and become friends with, and this has been the best week of my life. It’s a really great opportunity and it has been really enjoyable. (Olivia)
I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Rikkyo; everyone was so welcoming and kind to us and I loved being able to embrace the Japanese cultures and styles. I would like to thank all the teachers who organised the exchange, our exchanges- who were so helpful and kind and all the lovely students at Rikkyo who made our stay great! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at Rikkyo for a week. It was so much fun learning more about Japan and its culture, as well as meeting so many genuinely lovely and welcoming people who now feel like a part of my family. Everyone’s been helpful and has put up with our very poor Japanese, for which I apologise greatly!
